Rick Rose

Farthest Star Studios is a film, television and stage company created by director and producer Rick Rose. A graduate of the University of Ottawa's Theatre Program, Rick specialized in Directing and went on to form a Theatre Collaborative which produced a number of professional shows before setting his sights on producing and directing films.

Now, having successfully directed, produced and edited The Parting Gift (20 minutes), and The Chicken Question (4 minutes), Rick is working on directing and producing various other short films and features, both dramatic and documentary, as well as contributing his services on countless other productions.
